They communicate well when you´re buying a product, but then they respond extremely poorly to questions. You have to wait a few days to get an answer, and that´s the best-case scenario. My account has been disconnected a couple of times during my subscription, and while I was waiting for a response and a resolution to my issue, I was nervous and waiting for days. The seller can´t understand that this account is a work tool, and because of them, I couldn´t work at work for several days. They have a very casual approach to their obligations; you could say they have a completely disregard for their obligations.
